On June 30th 2019, I bought a Mobile Phone [Redmi Note 7 Pro Nebula Red, 128 GB], which is available for a few moments on Flipkart website, that I purchased through Bajaj Finance Card for Rs/ 16398, through an exchange offer [Lenovo A7000 Price 1100 & 100 pick up charge]. On 1st July at 4 pm came to an ‘wishmaster’ in my door for pick up exchange product [Lenovo A7000] & the said order delivery . The wishmaster discarded the Exchange product and refuse to accept it & leave me without distributing my product. Despite the fact that I have made a cash payment, the wishmaster went away without talking to me. Immediately (July 1, 2019, 4:17 PM) I complained to the customer care that my exchange product was not picked up because the product is not perfect. I want to know to customer care, how can I get my order delivery without having ‘exchange product Lenovo A7000’? I was told that the value of the exchange product is 1100 rupees. If I give the cash, then the product will be delivered to me. I agree to it. I have been asked for the customer care from 3/7/19, then suddenly [Mon, Jul 1, 7:17 pm] I got a mail where I was asked to give some pictures of the exchange product. I immediately [Mon, Jul 1] , 11:32 PM] tells Customer Care that the complete wrong information about my order in the mail [order ‘OD115856123454488000’ for the product ‘Redmi Note 7 Pro (Space Black, 64 GB)’] Have been given. I do not want to exchange. I want to get my mobile delivery by paying cash. Customer care is assured that you will get your product. Everyday upto 3rd July has requested customer care, but on 4th july, I have been given a message that my product has been canceled. I was harassed this way. Who will charge ‘Bajaj Financial’ company for loan or cancellation?
