Text of Complaint by Gokul R:

I ordered a product from Flipkart on 18th Jan 2023, delivered it on 23rd, and installed it on 26th. The product was damaged and raised a return request on the 26th (same day – within an hour), but I raised the wrong return ticket. After having a conservation with the Flipkart team about the return order, they have asked me to raise a return ticket with the correct return reason. Following that, I raised a return request on 31st Jan 2023.
I received a confirmation message for a technician visit on the same day (31st Jan) stating that the technician would visit my home on Feb 3, 2023, but it didn’t happen. Apart from that I received more messages confirming tech. visit with different dates. Unfortunately, the tech. the visit didn’t happen on Feb 3 & Feb 4.
The Flipkart team is not responding to my queries and delaying the process without giving clear communication. I raised several requests and I received a confirmation email saying my issue will be resolved on different dates. For all this info I have valid supporting documents.
