I ordered 3 items from flipkart on 7th August 2022 . Two of the items was supposed to be delivered by 8th August and the other one was supposed to be delivered by 9th August. After contacting customer care, i was given a date of resolution for the issue raised as 11th August . After several follow ups the resolution date was changed to 13th August then to 15th August then to 17th August and now to 18th August. Same issue happened for another one of my order which was done on 1st August to be delivered by 2nd August but was cancelled by me on 9th August due to non-delivery. The reason for the delay was said to be logistical constraints . But the repetation of the same issue for the later order shows how little they care about the consumer.
