Text of Complaint by Niharika Kulkarni:

Experiencing the worst service ever. Had ordered a dining table (Flipkart Perfect Homes)in May 2022 which was cancelled due to damage in transit from their end. Ordered again on 9th Sept and has been delaying delivery 3-4 times up until now. We have cancelled our plans on every promised delivery date to stay at home to accept the product. The amount of Rs 24000 in May and Rs 18000 in September have been stuck with Flipkart for over a month and the interest coming from that is what they have been earning. We have occurred financial, mental loss over the period of time. We have been calling up Flipkart everyday and receiving no conclusion or closure for the same.
