Flipkart se mujhe defective laptop bheja gya thaa to mene turant hi refund ke liye request kiya. 30/03/2023 ko laptop deliver hua mene laptop dekha aur ISSUE FACE kiya aur turant hi refund initiate krva diya.
Pehli baat to mujhe refund ke liye 12 dino ka waiting period bataya gya aaj 20/04/2023 lekin aaj tak voh log mujhe aisa hi bta rahe hai jab bhi call kare tab ki ‘ 24/48 hrs ka wait kar lijiye app ka issue jald hi resolve ho jayega’.
–> Mere laptop me COLOR BLEEDING ka issue aa raha hai har taraf se YELLOW colors show kar rahe hai.
–> Us dauran mene flipkart me call lagaya to unhone kaha ki app brand se bat kijiye voh kya kah rahe hai.
–> To mene company me mail kiya aur unko images bheje to voh log ‘DEFECT’ ko ‘DESCRIPTION’ bhej ke mujhe kha hi app flipkart/seller se contact kijiye
–> Company valo ne to mujhe yaha tak kaha ki app LIGHT ENVIRONMENT me beth ke kaam kijiye ya fir koi LIGHT kharid lijiye aur uske saath beth ke kaam kijiye.
–> Defect: Yellow Colors Bleeding Uske baad mene flipkart pe call kiya voh log itne dino se tarikh hi de rahe hai.
–> app image me dekh sakte hai ki kya issue aa rha hai… SIDE ME SE Yellow colors dikh rahe hai.

–> Me pichhle 16 17 dino se followup le rha hu voh log roj mujhe 24-48 hrs raah dekhne ko keh rahe hai.
