Hi Marq Team,

I purchased AC from from flipkart in April’19 and in August the remote stopped working.
I raised a complaint for this and was informed my remote will be changed with in a week or so. But the remote was not changed for a month.
Suddenly I received a message informing me that some one is coming to uninstall the ac and then I called Marq customer service team.

I spoke to Srinath (Super visor) on 8th Oct about this for 40 Minutes and he informed me about replacement of the product because there was no replacement for the remote. I asked him if there will be a charge he informed me that there will be 1600 Rs for the Installation.

I checked with him that I dont want a replacement I only want my remote replaced he then again confirmed that there is no remote with Marq and AC will be replaced that is the only option they have.
So I asked him about the installation cost which I was not ready to pay he confirmed there will be no charge and the installation will be free of cost to which I agreed.
Today on 12th October I received the new AC and the old one was picked up.
So to confirm about the charges I gave a call and spoke to Abhishek from customer service. He informed me there will be no charge.
When the engineer came and installed the AC he asked for 1600 Rs to which I replied and said there is no charge this is free of cost. He informed me that on his app the charge is showing so I asked him to wait and I called Marq customer service and spoke to Priyanka.
She was so arrogant , Un professional with me and kept on asking me to Call jeeves for free installation. I told her 100 times that I was informed from you guys that the installation is free and I have the proof with me and she denied to help me at all and the engineer was in my house when all this was happening.

She gave me the worst service which I could have expected from anyone. I asked her to escalate 100 times to her manager and she kept on saying she can’t do that there is no one available in the shift. To which I replied I am ready to wait and no matter what she was not ready to listen at all.

So my complaint is about her and your system where everything is getting documented .
Complaint 1.
I was told by Srinath that the installation will be free of cost.
Complaint 2.
I was informed by Srinath that un installation and installation will be done on 12th October. However my AC was uninstallated 3 days before and I have to sleep without AC after promises made by him.
Complaint 3.
I was told by Abhishek that the charges will be free for installation.
Complaint 4. This is a major complaint where lady Priyanka whom I spoke to on 12th October , she was so arrogant and unprofessional with me and kept on Saying that there will be a charge for installation and I felt bad about it because I was promised twice that it will be free of cost.
I want written apology from Marq company mentioning that it’s all there fault and so much inconvenience have been provided and worst customer experience they have shared. Also I want compensation for all the time I had to waste with you guys.
**Note: I am attaching all the three calls which I made with Marq about this problem and I have bee miss guided also I will be posting this on Social media and escalate where ever I have to go to.
Listen to all the calls in your service centre and listen to these calls and issue warning letters to everyone who misguided me.
