DEAR SIR
I am monoj mondal my mobile no 9038200827. i order a stem dry iron from flipkart date 4/11/2018 amount paid by online Rs379/-.expected delivery date 10/11/2018 mention date one fake message today deliver my product and one fake mobile no .no body deliver my product i call their customer care he says 12/11/18 deliver my product 12th nov message your product was cancel and amount refund .they refund me only Rs 125/-on phone pay wallet i call the customer they said we could not delivery your address so cancel this item and refund your amount i said not get my all payment amount they said we refund all amount .I only refund Rs125/- no other amount refund .i call their customer service around 7time but no body help me.please help me get my order product or refund full amount which i paid them.i hope you must be help me
