I booked symphony hi cooler in 2 ND April 2018 and product needs to be delivered by 15 April. I have followed up daily basis because want to get early. Every day, customer service told me that you will get your product by 15 April. I waited for this product 12 days.
But when there is only 2 days remaining to deliver they cancelled my product from their end. Why they waited me for long time and they provided the false msg to me and item was booked at the time of offer. I spent lot of time and my money was blocked for 22 days and I couldn’t by my product on time.
