Greetings!

Respected Sir,

I would like to mention that on 5th of April 2019 that I booked Apple iPhone 7 Black (32 GB) from Flipkart shopping online websitesite with Order IDOD115133328278740000 for an amount of Rs.37950/- through Credit Card and the Seller is:- NV E-BUSINESS,

383/1 2ND FLOOR GALI NO.1, THAN SINGH NAGAR , ANAND PARBHAT , NEW DELHI – 110005(Mobile no. 73035 57721) He had send me the already activated Apple iPhone 7 as I confirmed from the Apple Support Centre, the Apple executive confirmed me that your mobile is already activated and its warranty is Expired with Case ID 20000046633867 on 14 Apr 2019, 10:31 AM.

So, it means the Flipkart Seller:- NV E-BUSINESS has cheated with me and has send me the “Out of Warranty” Apple iPhone and i send an email regarding the same issue to the Flipkart shopping site and they have given me the complaint number Your query with Us [Incident: IN1904150745567494714] on 15 Apr 2019, 7:45 AM and the executive told me our executive will call back you regarding the issue.

But, till date no action has been taken from their end and nor they have refunded me the amount of Rs. 37950/- which I paid through my Credit Card and I have due also on 26/04/2019 for an amount of Rs.3459/- as I requested for Return and refund my money. I have been in mental stress & have high Blood Pressure since I confirmed that my purchase is Expired from Apple customer Care & I myself have confirmed from the Apple website. Sir, my request to you is that my issue to be solved at the earliest and action to be taken against the Seller.
