I have purchased a bed (Order ID: OD111036186496267000), it got delivered on 23rd Jan’18.
Warrenty of the product is 1 year. (Covered in Warranty -> On manufacturing defects, like polish and termite issue)
On 15th Feb’18 middle beam (in which plyboard get supported) of the bed broke, so I called customer care. Customer care told me to do followup myself with seller.

seller.
I contacted seller (Nidoo- Contact number -8553667355), Seller said product is with you, its your problem. I told him that it is under warranty, but he said the same statement, its your problem, I cannot help. There is no warranty of the product. You can contact local carpenter and do whatever I want.
I contacted local carpenter, they said it broked due to termite issue. Wood was infected with termite. It seems that seller did a superfical finishing & sold it.
Normally wooden beam last for years’.
I again contacted Flipkart, they said we are not producing the product. I need to do whatever seller is saying. When I asked about the warranty, they said they cannot help as seller is denying to help. They said that
I would have thought before purchasing
the product.

Don’t forget to send legal notice to seller and flipkart before filling complaint
