Dear All,
Please note Im a seller on Flipkart , for one of my goods sold was returned and I didnt received the product which i had send , please note i raise the complain and claim to Flipkart but it was rejected,
Im really upset because even after submitting all the evidence my case was rejected and i feel i was exploited, cheated and im really mad seeing such poor support from Flipkart.

Dear FLIPKART Management Team, Greetings for the day management team !!Please note I’m the premium and Key account seller of Amazon.
I would like to report a theft for my product for the subject parcel wherein we had parcelled the right product i.e. let us say “X” but the same was returned to us by the buyer was “Y” product, therefore we want investigation to be done, as this is a case of robbery,loss of business for us and we expect verified buyer coming via FLIPKART.
Please note this is not the 1st case and we suspect someone from Flipkart i.e. naughty staff is playing this mischief as the numbers of these buyer are not reachable or they never answer the phone.
I want this case to be handed over to your dedicated team to do the investigation and expect a quick resolution and claim to be settled for the same. Please find the pictures attached.
