I am totally disappointed with your service, You people are not seeing at all customer satisfaction.
I called 5 time today for A.C installation and which was schedule today but no any response from morning , even i calledJeeves but person denied for today installation. Also stated we have no any details from flipkart , is this way to schedule service??
Is this is a right way to support your customer???
Today evening 8.45 PM i have spoken with flipkart senior escalation team with Vicky and stated i can not give you any surety and he is helpless to solve this issue, is that customer service?? Is this my duty to do follow ups with everywhere..
This is totally disgusting your height of Ignorance with respect to customer. Please take action on priority
