Dear Flipkart Customer Support,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent order I placed with Flipkart. As a loyal and regular customer, I have always had a positive shopping experience with your platform, but unfortunately, my most recent order has left me dissatisfied.
On [Order Date], I placed an order for [Product Name] for my daughter. However, to my dismay, when the package arrived on [Delivery Date], it contained a [Incorrect Size] instead of the requested [Correct Size]. Regrettably, I was not at home to receive the delivery personally, and it was accepted by someone else on my behalf.
I immediately reached out to your customer service team in the hopes of rectifying this mistake and obtaining the correct size. However, despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to make any progress in resolving this issue. I have been informed that Flipkart is unwilling to replace the wrong product I received, which is truly disheartening.

I would appreciate it if you could initiate the necessary steps to rectify this situation at the earliest convenience. As per your company’s policy, I believe I am entitled to a replacement for the incorrect item delivered to me. If necessary, I am willing to return the incorrect product once I receive the correct one.
