Text of Complaint by Catherine Wong:
Hello sir/madam,
I have to come to you with great hope and trust that you will help me.
I had purchased 3 sets of curtains from Flipkart for which they gave me only 3 pieces and I had to place a compliant to get the missing products.
However they sent me 2 of them but the third one they did not send and then the lockdown started and they assured me that they will look into the issue.
Now they refuse to give me the third missing product or to take the products back and am being compelled to give my ID proof, which they never asked when they received my money.
Please help me sir to either get me the 1 missing curtain or they take the stuff back and refund my money 299+299. Please kindly help me.
