My name is Pardeep Kumar and my email id registered on flipkart is suthar.pardeep@gmail.com, and my i am facing problem with my product “Arrow sport solid single breasted casual men blazer” and order id is OD118120054902113000.
Now i will explain whole story with returning this product.
This product was delivered to me on 18th march 2020. And it comes with 10 days return policy. And after 5 days of delivery i filed a return request because size was not fit to me. But due to COVID19 pandemic courier partner did not pick up my courier. And when courier service starts again they called my after one month. and i said its fine and you can pick up this now. But courier partner never came to receive this. And Suddenly on May 08, 2020 my return request cancelled without my consent. Neither Flipkart nor courier partner ask me for cancelling my request. But they just did it. And then i try to contact on flipkart helpline 1800 208 9898 but i always get a reply from robot that no one of agent is available for talking with you. And after some days when i realize that i should contact them by some other method then i start searching and on May 27, 2020 i write a msg from flipkart app’s “Help Centre” and i requested them for pick up my product. They reply to me that now 10 days police has been over we can’t arrange a pick up for this product. Then i try to explain that this was not my fault but they never try to understand and reply me same response 4 times. i get frustrated there. Then on 9 June i find a hidden option in the app for “call back”. And then i requested call back and i talked to flipkart agents over phone 4 times but they all repeat same reply that they can’t pick up the product.
Now i wanna to mention some key points.
1. I didn’t violet the rule or police of flipkart as i request a return request within the period of 10 days.
2. I never said to courier partner that i wanna to cancel this return request.
3. I was always available when courier partner call me for pick up the product.
4. I never received any email or call from flipkart before cancelling my return request.
5. This was the policy of Flipkart and their responsibility to pick up the product and refund my money.

Desirable Solution :
I wants my refund as soon as possible
