On 4 th Feb 2033 i ordered KODAK TV 7XPRO 42 INCH .
PRODUCT INSTALLATION – 8 TH FEB 2023.
10 TH FEB 2023 – I RAISED AN ISSUE AS THE TV WAS NOT CONNECTING TO ANY DEVICES.
* SOUND WAS BREAKING
** CHROMECAST NOT WORKING AS SOFTWARE OS FIRMWARE DAMAGE ISSUE.

AFTER RAISING COMPLAINT WITH FLIPKART CX SERVICE , THEY SAID A TECH WILL VISIT AROUND 18 TH AND CHECK.

NOW TECH TEAM THEY HAVE FROM FLIPKART SISTER COMPANY JEEVES .

TECH DOES NOT VISIT AND MARKS THAT Customer DID NOT ANSWER.

FINALLY TALWINDER SINGH TECH VISITED ON 25 TH , CHECKED EVERYTHING AND SAID IT CAN NOT BE FIXED , SO HE TOOK PICTURES AND MY E SIGN , DOSPOSED THE ISSUE AS DEFECTIVE OS SOFTWARE AND TV NEEDS TI BE RETURNED.

HE UNINSTALLED AND PACKED THE TV .

NOW 5 DAYS GOES BY I CALL CX SERVICE AND ASK WHY NO ONE CAME TO PICK AND THEY TELL ME TECH NEVER UPDATES HIS VISIT . AND MARKED THE VISIT AS CANCELLED.

ITS SOO SHOCKING THAT FLIPKSRT CX SERVICE DOES MOT EVEN KNOE TECH VISITED AND TECH PERSON SCAMMED AND WENT AGAINST COMPLAINCE TO NOT UPDATE . ANYTHIMG TO THEM.

I HAVE CALLED THEM MORE THAN 40 TIMES ,ITS 13 TH MARCH AND NO ONE CAME TO PICK OR CHK THE DEFECTIVE TV .

I CALLED EVERY 48 HOURS AND CX SERVICE TELLS ME THEY ARE UPDATING.

ON TOP OF THAT I HV TO EXPLAIN ISSUES EVERY TIME I CALL AS THE CX SERVICE DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES SPOKE ABOUT THE ISSUE.

ITS SOO harassing AND THEY LITERALLY DONT CARE WHAT CX IS GOING THROUGH AFTER BUYING THE PRODUCT EVEN WHEN PRODUCT IS COVERED UNDER FULL WARRANTY WITH REPLACEMENT AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
