Hi Team,
I have ordered iPhone 13 with exchange offer with my existing iPhone 6s. After delivery of the product Flipkart failed to collect old mobile.
When I contacted to customer care executives they said pickup has cancelled from seller side.
Here Flipkart has failed to fulfill the promise which has shown at ordering the product.
When I contacted to customer care executive for many queries they have single answer(pickup has cancelled at seller side). They fail to answer the customer queries.
Flipkart customer support team said this has happened due to technical issues.
And they have collected pickup amount(199.00) collected at the time of ordering the product.
Flipkart changing the policy and changing the things in their favour.
This is clearly indicates that Flipkart has started cheating the customer by playing these kind of tricks.
Request to take necessary action on this.
