I had purchased a samsung m31 mobile from flipkart on 26/06/2021, order id:OD122153588599739000, Last week my mobile suddently switched off.. So i visited the nearest service Centre, they said that mobile warrenty got expired as per samsung site the mobile has been purchased on September 2020,they said that flipkart given me a used mobile, I contacted flipkart customer care and I send lots of mail to flipkart but still I didn’t get any resolution..
