I have ordered the Vivo Nex mobile on 5th April 2019 with the amount of Rs-39990 from Flipkart and they have delivered the product on 7th April 2019. that day i have found that the product is defective and not working properly .immediately i raised the return request but as per the policy Flipkart had given some trouble shooting steps to resolve my issue and cancelled my return request but my issue was not resolved. Again i have asked the Flipkart to return my product then they have scheduled for the technician visit, the technician came to my place and said that product is not good and not working properly, next day i have seen that i my return request was closed from Flipkart without solving my issue, that was really cheating and unfair. I informed to the Flipkart what the Technician told to me. Then they have taken return request but keep on rejecting my return until end of return policy 17th April 2019. now they hold my money and playing with me. i don’t have chance to raise the return request. really Flipkart cheated me and playing with me without providing the proper solution. my father was scolded me asked me get out from home Flipkart only responsible for this. really Flipkart tortured me mentally and it was painful .Please help me to get my money back.
