Order ID: OD327373775889129100, Candere Gold Pendant, in the product page (https://www.flipkart.com/candere-kalyan-jewellers-lightweight-14kt-cubic-zirconia-yellow-gold-pendant/p/itm9305cee2ea027?pid=PPXGEDPFHWTEZSHA&lid=LSTPPXGEDPFHWTEZSHAZAGIRG ) it was clearly mentioned that if customer dislikes the product, he can return within 10 days .

I received product on 27/02/23 and after opening the package, instantly I raised return request, on my request Flipkart replied on 1/3/2023; ” Wed like to let you know that your request for a return cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed delivery of the order with the product being intact.”
It’s a straightaway cheating or escaping from the advertised return policy .I contacted Flipkart via Twitter, conversation is attached below:

I received two phone calls from Flipkart No. +914445614650 respectively on 03/03/23 at09:59 AM and 04/03/23 at 04:10 PM, in both calls I have been given assurances.

But, instead of pickup, Flipkart forcibly closed the issue without honoring their return policy as in product page. In view of the above, I would like to point out that I have raised the return request not for a defective product or courier deficiency so what the courier says does not matter here. The product is returnable within ten days as per product page, if buyer dislikes it, since the quality and look is not as expected, so, I raised return request.
In view of the above, kindly take suitable steps so that Flipkart honors the return request as per their return policy as on the product page.
