I had bought a bedsheet which was supposed to be set of two but instead the delivered packet contained only 1 product. I have raised multiple return requests ( around 8 times) which were rejected by flipkart stating that “delivery partner has confirmed delivery of product” and then blocked my account since March 30. Now the flipkart accounts team keeps calling and harassing me that I am not paying my April pay later dues and has also charged me with late payment.
How does flipkart expect me to pay if I CAN’T LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT.
FLIPKART KEEPS CALLING ME 10 TIMES A DAY TO DEMAND PAYMENT WHICH IS MENTALLY harassing FOR ME YET DO NOTHING TO RESOLVE MY ISSUES.
