I habe ordered a product named (Torque Silvester U Shape 9 Seater Fabric Sofa Set with 4 Puffy (Silver) Fabric 3 + 2 + 2 + 1 Sofa Set
Order id-OD125999043248705000 on September -22 with full payment Rs. 46150/- through google pay. They have given expected delivery date on sep-28.But they can’t delivered the product and told me that ir will deliver on oct-8 but still its not delivered. So I called and told them to refund my amount. But they told that there is no cancellation option for this order and you have to wait till oct-13.Iam totally mentally broken about this issue. Each time when iam calling to their customer care simply giving some excuses and some random dates. So I told them to cancel the product and refund me the amount. But they are keep on saying the same thing.This totally affected my mentality and its a kind of harassment they are doing by blocking my amount with them.So I kindly request you to help me to get my amount Rs.46150 back and a compensation of reasonable amount from flipkart
