I had ordered Vivo V20 (Midnight Jazz, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM) from flipkart on Thu, 15th Oct 2020 BIG BILION DAYS sale at the time of order they mentioned estimate delivery is 22-10-2020, I didn’t receive the product as they promised, after that they rescheduled the delivery date to 28-10-2020 (with out any confirmation from the customer or with mentioning any reason for reschedule) but I didn’t receive the product on this date too I contacted to the flipkart customer care regarding the delivery they told that you will get the product on 29-10-2020 before 7PM , on this date also i didn’t receive the product then the next day they had cancelled my order mentioning that after multiple delivery attempts we are unable to delivery your product , but as they stating i didn’t receive any kind of messages like your order is out for deliver messages .How can they cancel my order witch customer confirmation . with out confirmation from the customer how can they cancel my order. I had contacted Flipkart customer care regarding cancelling my order they simple saying that seller has canceled your order due to not delivering the order and they are saying that place a new order , Here my question is iam ready to place my order but when I was placed my order in BBD with exchange and bank offer it costs me around Rs 14949/. If i place the same product it cost like with exchange around Rs18000/. Who will pay the difference amount to me is seller will pay the amount because of failed to deliver the product with the delivery time or Flipkart will pay the amount because we are flipkart customer and we placed our product in Flipkart . who is responsible for this .
