Dear grivance ,
i am Order first time at Flipkart . Order a Mobile Phone(₹11999) But received A Empty Product Box .
complaints against this issue.
Flipkart team Ragini R Inform me Share my POI/POA . i am share my AADHAR card . Then team taken Fir For missing Product , ( But flipkart team can’t share with me investigation report , 1 – Where is the Mobile Phone 2 – Who use the mobile Phone 3 – What is the sim Use on this phone ) .
flipkart team share with me the saler & Coriur partner Confirm that i am received the Product Beign intact .
But i am contact for information – The Coriur partner (Ekart logistic) The Coriur partner confirm me that I am Not received The Mobile Phone On this Box . Mean flipkart team shared wrong information with me .
Also i am use first time – flipkart , flipkart blocked my id . inform me High Number of purchase history So my Id Is Blocked . But it’s wrong information . My Brother M : +91-7873281209 , High Number of Return History , Why my Brother Id Not Blocked .
Really flipkart team share wrong information with me , So we can’t Bear wrong update .
We Just Give Few days For this Issue , Really iff my issue Not Resolved 5 Busyness Day . We are Try to discuss with Prime Minister About this False information & Closed flipkart at India ..
