I bought a Crompton instant 3 Lt. geyser from Flipkart that was installed and I paid Rs 249 for the installation and Rs 79 (No bill provided) for a 3 pin plug I paid this directly to the installation person. The geyser had some issues and was giving hot water for few seconds and then cold water. I raised a complaint so only replacement option is available, I got the replacement product after multiple follow ups and I had to pay for the uninstallation of the faulty geyser Rs 150 (No bill) as it was given to the electrician directly. Now to install the new geyser that Flipkart has sent they want me to pay Rs 249 again as this is the installation charges. I do not want to pay Rs 498 in total for installing a geyser.
I got the 1st geyser installed on 7/12/2022 and today is 17/12/2022, and no geyser at my home. What should I do and why should I suffer if the manufacture made defective product and I spent my money on it and what if this product is also defective then I will be in a loss of RS 648 without even a single bucket of water. And even if this replacement geyser works, what happened to the Rs 249 I paid for a faulty geyser. You pay nothing for a faulty item.
