I ordered a shoe from flipkart, when it arrived i saw that the shoe is small in size and i ordered a return. The return was processed online and then we were waiting for the pickup. The pickup boy didnt even contacted us and marked it as return cancelled. It happened twice. after the 1st case, i contacted chat support and it was rescheduled. same thing happened the 2nd time. It is cheating and i want the shoe to be returned, it is still under the return date as per policy
