I otdered an office chair which was 3077 rs and i got a card and supercoins discount and the final price was 2337.
They cancelled saying there was a price error but the price is still the same. It’s 3077 rs.
The card and supercoins discounts are not there anymore..
I called cm sercive and escalated to supervisor.. Gayatri from Senior team spoke to me and did not help at all. She was robotic and kept repeating that there was a price error but that’s not the case.
Please help.me with getting the item with same price.
