I ordered Poco m4 pro 4g 6gb ram 64gb storage phone on 18 july for 11000 and extended warranty for 200. The delivery was promised for 21 july. On 20 july i get a call from delivery person asking me to come somewhere else instead of my registered address, i insisted him to come to the registered address since its not safe to take cash to unfamiliar locality. Then he said “i will deliver it in the evening” and the product was never delivered. I raised an issue on flipkart app regarding this and they messaged me that they will retry delivery and i will get the product my 25 july, then increased the date to 26 july…. And finally cancelled the order on 24 july saying that i rejected which i never did and suggesting me to reoder BUT they had increased the price on 21 july. I have all the messages and screen shots.
Please help.
