I have ordered the product on 3rd Oct 2021. They delivery was expected between 16-18 Oct 2021.From the last 15-20 days, I have been continuously following up on the order delivery via Flipkart Chat, Social Media (twitter handle). I kept my patience for so many days. I also needed to travel somewhere with that suitcase but the delivery never came.
Flipkart cancelled my order automatically on 4th Nov, 2021. I contacted the team, and was told that the order got cancelled because “courier service provider could not find anyone at the delivery address to collect the package despite several attempts”. After some hours, I got another call from flipkart support team saying that, the order got cancelled due to some technical error by Flipkart.
I want to specifically mention that no courier service of flipkart contacted me till date. I, on the other hand contacted the delivery partner and he told me that he will not deliver the product.
As the price of the product has been increased, I am not able to buy the product even though flipkart has refunded me the paid amount.
This has been a huge loss of time and money from my side and Flipkart has denied to provide any compensation for it.
