I ordered one of the product on Flipkart on 9th April 2023 at the discount price given by seller and after the delivery date I received the message from Flipkart that your order is cancelled because of product damage so we can’t deliver your product and if you want that product you have to again placed the order .
When I called the customer service they also said sorry sir we can’t do anything but I said this is not my problem and I did not tell to cancel my product and I also tell them you can deliver me that damage product as well ,
After all the arguments that are unable to help me .
I will share the screenshot of of that message plz help me and provide solutions on that .
