I am vishal bansal,
i have ordered woodland shoes on 25th September with order ID: OD126094824276880000
the delivery date was 3rd October but i have got no call for delivery instead i called delivery boy asking when will i get my delivery ,he asked me to come on another address than that of register one,when i said that i want my order on my registered address he replied he will come in sometime to that address but he never called me again .
on 3rd order i complaint for non delivery of my order , flipkart executive informed me that wait till 7th October .
Now on 5th October i was informed that my order has been cancelled .
when i contracted flipkart , i was told that your order got cancelled and she didn’t provided me the valid reason for the cancellation of the order also she said that reorder it .
It was very bad experience with the flipkart.
I want Clarification why my order got cancelled?
