I placed an order for a laptop on Flipkart and opted for the EMI payment option. Unfortunately, they have failed to meet their promised delivery dates twice, on the 16th and 22nd. In response, I’ve discovered that the product is available at a higher price now. Furthermore, I communicated with Flipkart, expressing that in case they are unable to complete the original order, I either expect them to arrange the same product through a different order or consider providing compensation. This is in light of the false information they provided and the delay of two weeks.
Regrettably, there has been no communication from Flipkart following the shipment of the product, yet they proceeded to deduct the first EMI payment for the undelivered order. This situation is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, Flipkart abruptly canceled my order without obtaining my consent. Despite numerous attempts to escalate the matter with Flipkart’s support team, I’m either not receiving accurate information or the product itself is not being delivered to me.
