The problem we have faced with Flipkart’s order process, which I believe is an unfair marketing strategy. we have experienced multiple instances where the price of a product is significantly reduced, seemingly to attract buyers, only for the order to be canceled after the purchase is made. The reasons given for the cancellations range from “technical issues” to “product out of stock.” I would like to share the details of the most recent incidents:
Boat Nirvana Ion with 120 Hours Playback & Crystal Bionic Sound by Hifi DSP 5 Bluetooth (Ivory White, True Wireless) I have ordered this Product on BBD SALE on Flipkart on date of 27 September 2024 My order was successfully placed and after 19 Days on the 15 October 2024 they canceled my Order and their Rude customer care persons said that Place New Order at Higher Price ,This is Big Frud making By Flipkart now the price of product has been increased by 550 Rupees, Flipkart is Responsible for this, they have Mutiple Excuses for not Delivering the Product in 19 days Finally These cancellation raise several concerns:
Why were these products listed for sale if the seller did not have the stock?
How was I able to place an order if the stock was unavailable?
Why does it take 3 days for the seller to realize they don’t have the stock?
Currently, these products are available at a higher price. Why is this pricing strategy being used unfairly?
What is Flipkart’s responsibility in such cases, and what action will be taken against the seller for repeatedly canceling orders?
Is it just a coincidence that all my orders were canceled, or is this an intentional action by Flipkart?
This situation has caused me significant frustration and has led me to question the fairness of Flipkart’s practices. I am attaching images of my order history as proof of these repeated cancellations.
I request that you investigate this matter and provide a resolution that ensures fairness for all consumers. I also urge you to take appropriate action against the seller and prevent such incidents from recurring.
