Flipkart canceled my order after the delivery executive decided to not deliver the product at my house

Text of Complaint by Keerthana N:

1. Ordered a washing machine during the big billion days sale 2023. The delivery date was 15th Oct 2023
2. The delivery executive called me, I gave address instructions to reach my place, he reached my house. Took one peak into the house from ground floor and said staircase issue
3. I informed him to wait a minute while I go downstairs, he did not respond but just left the place. The product was not unloaded from the vehicle, he just drove away.
4. The next day I called the delivery executive again and he told me to cancel the order, I refused to cancel the order so he asked me to check updates on the app
5. I raised a complaint on the app post which I received a message from flipkart business account stating that the product would be delivered by 19th Oct
6. On 17th Oct, I reveive a message that flipkart has canceled my order and refunded the money.
7. The reason provided was ‘shipment is canceled by seller’
8. The product reached my house and left without being delivered and they inform that the product was canceled by seller
9. I was asked to place another order but by 17th Oct, the price has increased by 4000 INR
10. The reason provided for cancellation makes no sense and there is no proper policy which holds the delivery executives accountable for their mistakes
At the end of the day big billion days is a big scam and they dont even have a good enough policy to assist customer when such mistakes have been committed
