I order some products on Flipkart on Big Billion Day. The order was successfully placed and the product was shipped and arrived at the nearest hub but the delivery did not happen on the promised day I waited for three days every data delivery was rescheduled and on the fourth day order was canceled. When I connected to customer support they said we can’t do anything you have put fresh order. If I put in a fresh order, I have to pay more for the same product. I have waited for Big Billion Day to order this so i get discount.
