Recently I ordered Poco F1 mobile from flipkart with exchange of old mobile. On the delivery day,the delivery guy came to check the phone and rejected for exchange due to a small invisible dent present on the mobile side metal plate and before his rejection he removed the screen protector. (Will customers give brand new mobile for exchange in which there are no scratches,dents etc). The worst phase of Flipkart policies. The photo they showed for demonstration of rejected exchange is attached below.
