Flipkart Blocked My Account for Raising Return Request for the damaged Product. I ordered two Hammer drill machines worth ₹10,000 , one received in a damaged condition and another one was a totally different Model Machine . Please Help us sir ₹10,000 is very huge amount for us.

Flipkart sent damaged monitor and now they are not returning it and not giving me a refund. They are doing a very big scam by purchasing a bad product at a very cheap price from the product companies and selling those damaged products to customers at a good price.
