My complaint is regarding the blocking of my account by Flipkart. My account has been blocked by Flipkart without by prior intimation. After many complaints and raising of queries it was informed to me that there are unusual high Returns in my account due to which the account is blocked.
It is to submit that the Returns in my account is in account of mistake on the part of seller or Flipkart. My reason for return was only due to incorrect products, expiry product, damaged products and like. Also whenever the return was requested at the Flipkart it was supported by proper evidence as per their policy, i.e., they require photo of items, also their investigation team does the investigation related to return which after being satisfied by the team was returned. This was the reason i raised the complaint at Flipkart. This is completely ridiculous on part of Flipkart.
I am using my Flipkart account since more than a year . Also I would like to inform you that I have more than 300 supercoins earned in my account. Also there is Flipkart pay later limit of 65000 in my account. Multiple times the complaint is raised at Flipkart support through calls as also email but no solution received till date.
I thus request your forum to intervene in the same and get my account unblock with all the benefits.
