Flipkart block my account for multiple times return request created by me.There is a valid reason behind every return request I make.what is my fault here, if flipkart or seller send me wrong item then I am bound to return the product.Order placed on Oct 26, 2023

Product delivered on 2 November order quantity 2 pack of 10kg per bag. But I got only 1 bag .This is why I made a return request so my account got blocked. When I seek help on helpline number call core I was told that because my account is blocked, they cannot give me any solution and will not open my account . I have cc tv footage as proof company delivered to me only 1 bag .
