I purchased a new phone RealMe 11pro plus from Flipkart on 19th. June, 2023 on an exchange offer. Price of my Old phone was showing Rs.11300 (Vivo V21e 5G) and hence I decided to buy a new phone. New phone got delivered and I kept on waiting for pickup by Flipkart team but with my utter surprise on 7th. July I found it got cancelled without any intimation. When I connected Flipkart customer care I came to know the vendor guy has cancelled my case with the note that my phone is not operational. Funniest part without even connecting me physically and checking my phone my case got cancelled with a false note.
I am connected with online portals for long but experience of Flipkart is more than pathetic. I kept on talking to customer care and they kept on giving me false commitments of solutions. Even they deliberately disconnect calls in between the discussions.
If such fraudulent case happens with customers from a Organisation like Flipkart then how come a customer can have faith on online portals…????
I want to see the end of it and will go to every level to get proper resolution of my problem.
