Placed a request for refund of the amount as the product is not as suitable

Shoes – size small and not getting fit as per expectation

Carvan – Speaker volume too low and can’t hear even in silence. Also, AUX Cable is not provided in the box.

However flipkart is calling me again and again and asking me illogical questions like have you reset the device

Tell me how reset will increase the volume of device

And the executive are very rude on call and not helping

Please get the items picked and amount refunded asap
