flipkart and their delivery partner continuously scamming us ,we as a seller nobody is listening

Text of Complaint by the vision changer:

please read out very carefully, here i would like to bring something very important in your knowledge however i know you guys have very less authority so i will raise this issue to the heigher level with the help of my twitter and all..
I got one return on 2nd july 2023 and 2 returns on 8th july 2023 , all of them were combo sets the delivery guy who came @ my warehouse, the moment he handover the packets we said its light in weight some products are missing he was in hurry he said please talk to the hub he didnt even taken my stamp or signature that day,then next day (09th july) the same delivery boy came we unbox one packet infront of him and call his supervisor (Harendra contact number =8810230972)and informed him about the same , he said please contact to the Hub of ekart as we are third party then we got shouted he said ok will update in sometime but i didnt get any update , i called him for the next whole day but he didnt picked my called, finally i went to the hub @ 11th july and i met with Mr Mukul who is the manager (contact nu: 8126040893)and Mukesh who is the supervisor (contact nu: 7011180285) and explained everything, they said gimme one day time please come tomorrow and dont open the packet ,next day morning the third party which is being hired by your ekart logistic team i.e. stice , thier manager Mr Arif(8700859866) and Mr Harendra the supervisor came to my Location and check the packet make a video but didnt open and said dont open it , at evening 4P.M. we went to the hub again @12th july , i explained everything they said we fired that delivery guys might be he has done it, and the Ekart hub manager send the courier partner to my warehouse and ask them to collect all the 3 packets and took it to the hub and they said it will 7 days to complete the investigation the team will come on Monday
since 13th july i was keep saying please give me the box so that i can unbox the packet submit to the flipkart and show them the proof as the claim window is about to finish. yesterday i went to the hub again said the same he(Mukesh) said come tomorrow unbox it infront of the camera i said ok , i went 14th july to the hub again he said you are making video dont do it inside the hub premises do it outside and i did that in presence of him .
now i have picture all the call recording and video recording .. but my claim windows is closed as they have still kept my packets in the ekart warehouse.

Note : this is the second time happened with me , 0n 13th june they have mention i got the return but in actual i didnt , when i asked for the manual POD and i saw there , the signature is totally fake , i was going to take legal action against them but they said its our mistake we going to reimburse that and next day the delivery called he said this is done in the warehouse only the fake signature i know who did this.. i have the call recording tell me how can i share because i want to share video call recording and everything, so that you guys can take strict action

now the point is my claim window is closed as they have kept my packet in the hub so i request you to please allow me to open it..
