I have ordered powermax fitness
TDA- 125 trademill on 8 October and the delivery date was promised on 13 October my Order ID – OD429362521490612100 but till today on 20th October I haven’t received my product or any update. Whenever I call the customer care they told me ” sir just wait for 1 more day our concern team will connect you with better solution” I can’t cancel this order from my end and i have told them many time just cancel my order and refund my money back but they denied that they don’t have an authority to cancel this order.
