I ordered a Lenovo laptop on the 15th and was meant to be delivered on the 21st but was repromised on to 24th there was no update on it. Then I found the Ekart office and asked them about it they stated that they had a shortage of employees and they had no plan to deliver the laptop to my address and I wasn’t informed about it. later due to the unsatisfied value of my exchange laptop I chose not to trade in and I asked the delivery hub to cancel it on the 28th. but the status is out for delivery from the 28th and hasn’t changed yet. I was promised to be provided with a resolution by Nov 2, I got a call stating that I would get a 500rs compensation if I reordered it so I was like reorder after I get my refund he was like ok your order will be canceled and after few, I called the customer service to ask them about the status and they were like we have no record of such call and we will escalate the case and I was given Nov 10th as the date by which Flipkart would solve by issue and today(NOV 11TH) when I called flipchart they are giving me another resolution date as Nov 15th
