Sir,
I purchased Mi TV on 10 January 2021. Along with I also purchased 3 year complete protection plan.
My TV accidentally damaged on 12th September, so I register complaint and technician visit on 13th September. Technician told me Panel will be changed. But on 15th September, I got call from jeeves IVR that you will get refund Rs 5760.
What a joke!!!
My TV cost was Rs 14999 and insurance cost 899. Total Rs. 15898
If I sell this TV in kabaad then also I’ll get Approx 6-7k, then what’s the benefit of taking Insurance of Rs. 899.
