Flipkart and Ekart Logistics is not delivering my prepaid product and delaying unnecessary.

Text of Complaint by Ashutosh Sharma:

Flipkart & Ekart Logistics is ghosting me and getting worse day by day.
the delivery date of my product was 18th oct. but it is not delivered for some reason, that is fine. delivery date get rescheduled to 21st oct.
As i was tracking my product it has been arrived in the city of delivery (pune) on 17th of oct. after that my product goes out for delivery 1st time on 21st but not delivered then, again it was out for delivery for 3 days continuously.
I called the delivery agent many times but he did not picked up and blocked my number as i called many times.
I have been called Flipkart this issue 7-8 times till now and each time Flipkart’s executive says a different story and telling me to wait till resolution date of this issue.
Now Flipkart is playing with customer and keep updating the resolution date for next day and it has been updated from 25th oct. to 31th oct.
And Flipkart is messaging me on whatsapp and alleging me that the delivery was attempted by delivery agent but customer was not present at that time.
