Hi, I had ordered 3 seater sofa on October 12 2022 and it was delivered on October 21 2022. Unfortunately , I received the damaged product. I raised for exchange with Flipkart but no one attended my request even after 2 and half months though I did multiple follow-ups. Stuck with this, I again called customer support and decided for return instead of exchange. Same was agreed by Flipkart and product was picked up. Around Jan 15th 2023 , the product was finally picked up. Flipkart asked me to send account details to refund the amount , I shared the same as well over email. Till date, no refund is received. Also, the status of the product is not properly updated in Flipkart app. It still shows return approved. Now, I neither have product nor my money is back. I have called Flipkart customer support multiple times and every time they give below reasons : 1) wait for 48 hours 2) wait for a week 3) We have escalated the issue and backend team is working 4) Logistics has not updated us 5) A person from our end will get back to you in 48 hours ( but only once I got the call till now) 6) Please say your phone number, we will arrange for a call in next 2 hours (again no one gets back) 7) I have raised complaint on behalf of you and escalated it. 8) I understand your pain and have updated notes with same 9) we are sorry you are facing this issue, we will resolve soon 10) I will add to the call with higher management (they keep on hold and only once they connected me with their higher team). I am a pregnant women and had ordered this sofa for seating comfort. I requested them many times , wrote follow up emails but is of no use. None of my email is responded by Flipkart . I am literally tired following up with them and getting same responses. I tried to contact the person who did the pickup, even he is not answering my call. This is causing me mental stress as I don’t have product as well as money not refunded.
