I bought a Collapsible wardrobe from Flipkart sold by S K Store on 23rd-JAN-2023. The product had a comprehensive warranty of 2 years which is clearly mentioned in the Website. The Joints(Cross Joints) to hold the steel bars were of very bad quality. During installation 1-2 joints broke. Then after 2-3 months all the joints started breaking. When I called the seller to avail the warranty service, he denied providing me service saying that his courier. I raised this complaint with Flipkart as I bought it through Flipkart. Every time I raised the complaint, flipkart closed it saying that since it is about warranty, they will not support, I have to connect with the seller or the brand. And the this process continued a month or so.
So my question is how flipkart can raise their hands when the ultimate seller is flipkart? We bought from the flipkart and not by going to the store.
I think both the seller and the Flipkart is involved in these kinds of frauds as I can see multiple products listed by the seller in flipka
