Sir my name is ram gopal dhaka i had placed an order from flipkart which i got defective. Due to which I wanted to return it but was not getting refund but replacement was getting that’s why I sent new return request to flipkart for different item so that I can get refund and not replacement. This process took 4 to 5 time but due to wrong type of region it was not approved and my account got blocked. Due to this I had a loss of 3699.
If I create a new return request by unblocking my account, then I can pick up the original item and get my refund. I know that I will not get my refund until I send the original item. I am a plus user of flipkart and in last 3 to 4 orders made by me, only the same order was returned which was getting original item pick up sir please unblock my account
