From last 6 to 7 years i was using flipkart and i was happy with it , i have buy many products and from last 6 year i have canceled only 4 to 5 orders due to quality issue , suddenly On 23 of October 2019 my account got suspended due to “irregularities in the payment method” this was the reason given in the mail by customer care and when called to customer care they told my account was suspended due to cancellation of orders which i had purchase before 6 months. when asked to the customer support for a senior person he said go on website and request for a call back as the senior is on another call. and he informed that i will not be able to use this account again ,as it is being permanently disabled. i am have the mail, as well as the call recording . i need my account back ,or i will have to log a case in consumer court.
